guarantee this will be the toughest bumper you can find.
Special features include;2 recovery shackle points, integrated light pockets, a 9” drop winch mount to maximize airflow to the radiator and the contoured R-SE Bull Bar.
Optional accesories: LED winch work light, PIAA 520 Lights and the all new Bull Bar LED light brackets made to fit the 20" light bar from Rigid Industires.

Installation
Front Bumper Installation


Stock Front bumper removal
Remove plastic bumper valance/ skid plate. Use 18mm socket to remove 8 nuts on front
bumper. Do not remove bumper until you have undone the light wire harness and lights.
Failure to do so can ruin your traction control system. Once you have removed the wire
harness you can remove the front bumper.
Installation of Front Bumper
You have 2 options of mounting your front bumper with a winch option A or B
Option A
Mount the winch on the bumper before mounting the bumper to the vehicle use the
hardware provided with the winch to mount the winch to the bumper. Once you have
mounted the winch, mount the bumper with the hardware provided.
6 - 7/16” x 1” bolts
6 – 7/16” nuts
12 – 7/16” washers
Option B
Use this hardware provided to mount the front bumper.
6 - 7/16” x 1” bolts
6 – 7/16” nuts
12 – 7/16” washers
Mounting Bulbar
Mount the bulbar with 4- 7/16” x 1” bolts provided.
Lights
Use the hardware provided with the lights to mount them. For wiring you can use the
stock light harness and use the stock light switch or you can follow the direction that
came with the lights to hook up to the battery directly and use the switch they provided.
